Jessica & Matt in Boulder, CO

Jessica & Matt in Boulder, CO
Jessica and Matt celebrate romantic rainy day vows near the Rockies
Photos By: Fototails Photography
Location: Millennium Harvest House, Boulder
Jessica wore a white strapless, a-line gown with pearl and crystal embellishment at the bust by Oleg Cassini.
Jessica’s six attendants wore tea-length, strapless dresses in sage green by Watters & Watters.
The three-tier crème brulee and vanilla crème-flavored round cake was covered in fondant and accented by pearls of fondant and pink and white peonies.
Both her mother’s and her mother-in-law’s wedding bands were tied with satin ribbon to Jessica’s bouquet of tulips, both as her “something borrowed” and as a symbol of their two families coming together.
A little rain couldn’t dampen Jessica and Matt’s wedding. The laid back couple just moved their celebration beneath the shelter of a pavilion and exchanged vows with the dramatic sounds of thunder and lightning in the background.

The Bride Jessica Lampe
The Groom Matt Klasnick
The Date June 19

Jessica Lampe, 26, says she and Matt Klasnick, 30, who are both in sales, really fell in love during the time they spent hiking together in the Colorado Rockies. It was only fitting then that Matt chose to propose while on a hike at Brainard Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. The two immediately wanted to share their happy news with their families, but alas, there’s no cell-phone service up in the mountains. Still, they contented themselves by telling every hiker they met along the trail back.
